The built skill

Three things changed since last quarter’s pack. The churn definition moved — it sits on p.34 now, where Q1 had it on p.31. Worth asking why before someone presents the improvement.

The runway figure assumes the Meridian renewal closes, but your notes from the 28th have it still in legal. The hiring plan slipped a quarter while the revenue plan held, and the bridge between them is not explained.

One thing it could not verify: the new ARR figure does not reconcile with a number in your files from May. Flagged here rather than smoothed over.

Delivered as a plug-in into the AI platform you already pay for — Claude, Gemini, whichever you run. It installs into your setup and works there. We do not host a separate app you have to log into and learn.
