Draft the holding reply and offer pointer

Composes the first outbound response to a named lead: acknowledges receipt, confirms what the firm does, names the most likely fitting package, sets next-step expectations, and gives enough detail for the lead to self-select.

In / outFit assessment + lead context + service description → holding reply draft for operator review and send

You might say…

My holding reply is so generic that half the time leads don't even respond.

What it does

Composes the first outbound response to a named lead: acknowledges receipt, confirms what the firm does, names the package or format most likely to fit the lead's stated situation, sets next-step expectations, and gives enough detail for the lead to self-select. Used right after the lead has been assessed, when the purpose is orientation and light routing (not information-gathering). One judgement-laden draft per lead for the operator to review and send.

Trigger: Use right after the lead has been assessed to send an orientation response that filters and advances the right leads.

The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
