Structure facilitator debrief notes

Packaged know-how that tells an agent how to do a job well.

You might say…

Right after the cohort I have strong opinions about what worked and what didn't — but if I don't write them up properly they're gone within a week.

What it does

Takes raw debrief input from coaches, TAs, and the lead educator and organises it into a structured record — what confused learners, which exercises caused friction, which concepts clicked — deduplicated and tagged by lesson while memory is fresh.

Trigger: Use immediately post-cohort to turn the facilitation team's live observations into a structured, searchable record before the detail fades.

I/O: Raw debrief notes from coaches, TAs, and lead educator → structured record tagged by lesson/module
