What it does
Given a dump of unstructured channel content — Slack/Discord threads, replay comments, DMs, support tickets — reads across it and surfaces the recurring themes, complaints, and praise that appeared organically, with representative quotes per theme. Used once per post-cohort trawl. Interpretive synthesis of free text, so a single human-in-loop LLM call.
