Read the open feedback and surface what it means

Reads across collected survey responses, NPS comments, testimonials, and support threads to cluster recurrent complaints, name weak lessons, and flag which modules produced strong versus poor outcomes.

You might say…

I read the feedback but I come away with impressions, not a clear picture — I need someone to tell me what it actually means.

What it does

Single-judgement skill: the educator points it at the collected survey responses, NPS comments, testimonials, and support threads from the recent cycle, and it reads across them to cluster recurrent complaints, name the weak or confusing lessons, and flag which modules produced strong outcomes versus drop-off. Produces an annotated digest of themes and the specific evidence behind each. Used at the start of the diagnosis sit-down, with the educator in the loop to confirm the reading against their own sense of the cohort before any prioritisation.

Trigger: Use at the start of the diagnosis sit-down when you have collected feedback and want a structured reading before prioritisation.
