What it does
Reviews enquiries the tagging rules could not cleanly assign — multi-touch journeys, vague replies, missing fields — and makes a best-judgement call on the most likely originating channel, or marks them genuinely unknown.
Trigger: Use after the consolidation pass to close out the unattributed slice of the dataset before any channel analysis.
I/O: Unattributed or ambiguous enquiry records → resolved attribution tags with confidence notes, or 'unknown' label per record
