Draft a contextual resolution reply

Drafts a tailored, voice-consistent reply to a single support ticket that resolves the issue or states the next step, given the ticket content and account/order context.

In / outSingle ticket + account/order context + voice guidelines → ready-to-send resolution reply for operator review

You might say…

I have to read the whole thread, think about what this specific person needs, and then write something that sounds like me — that's three steps every single time.

What it does

Given one ticket plus its account/order context, drafts a tailored reply that resolves the issue or states the next step, in the educator's voice. Used per-ticket once the message is understood; a single human-in-loop judgement call the operator reviews and sends. Distinct from canned replies — this composes a fresh response for non-templated cases.

Trigger: Use per ticket for non-templated cases where a fresh, contextual response is needed rather than a canned reply.
