What it does
Single-judgement skill that takes the ordered path and decides how long each module should take given the target learner's time budget, where to place practice and assessment checkpoints so progress is consolidated before the next leap, and where the learner is at greatest risk of dropping off. Used after ordering is settled, with the educator tuning pace to the realistic weekly time the learner has.
Trigger: Use after sequencing is set, to assign realistic time estimates and place assessment gates before producing content.
