What it does
Single-judgement skill: from the defined outcomes and the educator's domain knowledge it brainstorms an exhaustive list of topics, sub-skills, and concepts the course could need to teach to reach those outcomes. Deliberately wide before pruning. Used at the start of module mapping to externalise everything that might belong in scope, with the educator adding domain-specific items the model would miss.
