What it does
Single-judgement skill that takes each drafted outcome and articulates the concrete success criteria — the evidence, performance level, or artifact that would let learner and educator agree the outcome is met. Forces each outcome to be assessable so the curriculum can be designed backwards from it. Used immediately after drafting outcomes, with the educator confirming the bar is realistic for the target learner's time and entry knowledge.
