What it does
Single-judgement skill that takes each specified practice structure and drafts its brief skeleton — the task prompt, the constraints, and a rubric outline mapping marks or feedback back to the success criteria. Stops short of producing the actual files or worked solutions. Used after the framework is decided, with the educator in the loop to ensure each rubric genuinely discriminates competent work from incomplete work.
