What it does
Given the current register plus your goals and capacity, produces a periodic review judgement: which seats to continue, step back from, or let lapse — weighing time load, compensation realised vs. expected, reputational and strategic value, and aggregate conflict exposure. Used in the recurring step-back to reshape the portfolio deliberately rather than by drift.
Trigger: Use on a scheduled basis (quarterly or annually) to evaluate each seat and decide whether to renew, renegotiate, or exit.
