Diagnose the trend and form a what's-working hypothesis

Reads the rendered numbers and works out what they mean — growth trajectory, which formats drove subscribers, where welcome-sequence drop-off appears — forming a hypothesis about what is or isn't working.

In / outMetrics snapshot + trend chart → diagnosis of growth trajectory, what's working hypothesis, and top one or two levers worth testing

You might say…

The chart is in front of me and I can see growth slowing but I'm not sure if it's the content mix, the channel, or the opt-in — I need a read before deciding anything.

What it does

Sits with the rendered numbers and works out what they mean — whether growth is accelerating, flat, or declining, which formats or topics drove the most subscribers and engagement, where drop-off appears in the welcome sequence — and forms a hypothesis about what is or isn't working in the current system. Used as the analytical step between having the data and deciding what to do. Single human-in-loop judgement; inputs are the snapshot and trend view, no deterministic primitive warranted as the read is interpretive.

Trigger: Use as the analytical step between having the data and deciding what to do — after the snapshot and chart are produced.

The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
