Extract method skeleton from engagement narratives

Reads one or more engagement write-ups and drafts a structured method skeleton — named phases, decision rules, and sequencing logic — from what was actually done.

You might say…

We keep reinventing the same approach on every engagement because it lives in one person's head. This is how you start getting it out.

What it does

Reads one or more engagement write-ups of an approach the firm has applied and drafts a structured method skeleton — named phases/steps, the decision rules and sequencing logic implied by what was actually done. Used at the start of codification, to turn tacit practice into a transmissible first draft a principal then refines.

Trigger: Use at the start of method codification, once two or more engagements have applied a similar approach.

The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
