Build the discovery question arc

Generates a sequenced arc of open questions from prospect hypotheses and context, moving conversation from stated request through underlying problem, attempts, stakes, and success definition.

In / outProspect research briefing + problem hypotheses → sequenced discovery question arc (open questions, ordered, with branching notes)

You might say…

I walk into every call with a structured arc, not a blank slate — I know exactly where I want the conversation to go.

What it does

From the prepared hypotheses and prospect context, generate a sequenced set of open questions that move from stated request to underlying problem, what they have tried, what is at stake, and what success looks like. Used just before the call to enter with a structured but adaptive arc rather than a flat checklist.

Trigger: Use when you have completed prospect research and are 30–60 minutes out from a discovery call and need a structured question sequence rather than ad-hoc prompts.

Recognise the problem?

The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
