What it does
Given the agreed revision list and the current deliverable section, drafts the revised content for each in-scope change while keeping out-of-scope content untouched. Used during a rework round to produce the edits that go into the reissued version.
Trigger: Use once a revision list is agreed with the client to execute the revision cycle on the deliverable.
