Bound the addressable scope
Packaged know-how that tells an agent how to do a job well.
You might say…
“We know the problem but we're trying to eat too much of it — we need to draw a line.”
What it does
Decides which part of the diagnosed problem the firm can and should address, and frames it as a credible engagement boundary with explicit in/out scope and expected outcome.
Trigger: Use once the problem is clearly diagnosed to produce an articulable problem-and-scope pairing before any proposition is drafted.
I/O: Diagnosed problem + firm capabilities → engagement boundary statement (in scope, out of scope, expected outcome)
