First-pass relevance triage
Decides which actions to take, in what order, toward a goal.
You might say…
“The client sent a SharePoint folder with 200 files; I spent two days reading things that didn't matter — there had to be a faster way.”
What it does
Rapidly classifies a batch of client documents into tiers by relevance to the analytical questions, so reviewers can prioritise reading time.
Trigger: Use when a document tranche arrives from the client; provide the analytical questions and a list of documents with metadata.
I/O: Document list (titles, metadata, brief descriptions) + analytical questions → tiered relevance classification (must-read / skim / ignore) with rationale
Autonomy: Acts with approval — does the work, checks in on the exceptions.

The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
