Run an internal quality review of the built solution

Runs a structured internal QA review of a completed deliverable against a defined quality rubric — checking logic, evidence, consistency, and presentation standards.

In / outDeliverable draft + quality rubric → QA findings (issue list prioritised by severity, mandatory fixes vs. suggested improvements)

You might say…

We sent out a deliverable with an inconsistency on slide 14 that the client spotted before we did — now internal QA is non-negotiable before anything leaves the team.

What it does

Single-judgement skill that reviews the completed first-pass deliverable before any client sees it: checks the artefact against the original brief and the agreed design, hunts for logical gaps, internal inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and places where the solution does not actually hold, and returns a prioritised list of what must be fixed versus what is acceptable. Used as the internal gate after build, with the consultant deciding which findings to act on; the value is catching defects while they are still cheap to fix.

Trigger: Use before any deliverable goes to a senior reviewer or the client; provide the deliverable and the quality rubric or standard.
