Layer 1 · Substrate

The knowledge graph is the spine

A knowledge graph because the relationships are the problem. Who taught what; which artefact cites which source; which concept a person actually holds; which outcomes followed from which decisions. Vectors over chunks lose this; the graph keeps it as first-class structure with provenance and time.

Get the substrate right and the rest is composition. Get it wrong and every layer above inherits the mess.

Eight verbs, in two tiers

Four sense-making operations form understanding on top of the graph. Four action operations do something with that understanding. The split is the structural claim: you can’t share, act, or learn well from a system that hasn’t made sense of itself first.

What every configuration reaches for

Atoms are the small reusable pieces the runtime composes. Two libraries: skills (the capabilities operators and agents reach for) and solution shapes(end-to-end patterns the industry has already solved). When we configure for your domain we select and tune atoms — we don’t write from zero.

Layer 4 · Agentic runtime

The connective tissue

The runtime is what turns the inventory into work. A goal arrives; it gets decomposed into steps; the steps sequence atoms from the inventory; failures are recovered or handed back to a person who should be making the call. Skills are shaped to a vendor-agnostic open standard, so what we build for you doesn’t lock you to one model or platform.
