What it does
Compares what the calendar expects to ship against what is actually finished in the pipeline, identifies overdue or incomplete handoffs, and drafts the follow-up — a prioritisation flag to the producer (self or collaborator) when a schedule gap needs an asset moved up. Used in the operational loop between Produce and Publish; produces the readiness verdict and the chase message, not the edited asset.
