What it does
Takes the sponsor's review comments, classifies each as in-scope (apply now) versus out-of-scope (flag back / route to renegotiation), and produces the amended draft plus a short reply summarising what was changed and what falls outside the agreed brief. Used in the approval back-and-forth before content goes live.
