Walks the methodology rubric dimension by dimension and assigns the prescribed score/rating to each, citing the diagnostic evidence and client data that justify the rating. Used immediately after the diagnostic steps complete, when completed evidence must be turned into per-dimension scores with supporting references.
Trigger: Use after all diagnostic steps are complete and observations are recorded; provide the rubric and the completed observation worksheet.
