Judge each borderline item in or out given the client's answers

Applies the client's clarification responses to each ambiguous scope item and returns a definitive in/out/modified verdict with a brief rationale, ready to be written into the scope statement.

In / outClient clarification responses + ambiguous scope items → verdict per item (in-scope / out-of-scope / modified scope) with rationale

You might say…

The client answered my questions but now I need to translate their answers into an actual scope decision I can commit to in writing.

What it does

Single-judgement skill: takes the client's responses from the clarifying exchange and rules each borderline item inside or outside standard scope, updating the fit verdict accordingly and noting any conditions the answer attaches. Where an answer reveals hidden complexity the client didn't volunteer at intake, it folds that into the verdict too. The judgement step that converts an ambiguous picture into a resolved one; the operator stays in the loop to own the in/out call.

Trigger: Use once the client has answered scope clarification questions and you need a firm, documented verdict per item before drafting the scope statement.
