Draft the workstream brief

Packaged know-how that tells an agent how to do a job well.

You might say…

I've allocated the workstream but haven't written the brief yet, and I know from experience that a producer without a clear written brief will interpret the scope however suits them.

What it does

Drafts a single workstream brief — objective, question/deliverable, key constraints, acceptance standard, and owner — from the engagement plan and assigned scope.

Trigger: Use once a producer has been allocated to a workstream and before the briefing session, to produce the written brief they'll work from.

I/O: Engagement plan + assigned scope for this workstream + producer name → Completed workstream brief (objective / question / constraints / acceptance standard / owner)

The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
