Anticipate questions and reactions from the room

Generates the most likely questions and pushback from each identified stakeholder in the decision meeting, with a ready answer for each, based on their role, known concerns, and posture.

In / outAttendee list + roles and known concerns + proposal → per-stakeholder anticipated questions with prepared responses

You might say…

The meeting never goes to script — but if I've pre-run every likely challenge I stay in the conversation, not in my head.

What it does

Given the specific people who will be in the decision meeting (their roles, known concerns, and likely posture), generate the questions and pushback each is most likely to raise during the walkthrough, with a ready answer for each. Used immediately before the presentation to rehearse.

Trigger: Use immediately before the proposal presentation, once the attendee list is known, to rehearse likely pushback by stakeholder.
