What it does
Reviews the current session frequency, format, and attendees against how the engagement has evolved and recommends whether to restructure.
Trigger: Use periodically (quarterly or when the engagement shifts) to decide whether the session structure still serves the client.
I/O: Engagement history, session usage data, current goals → cadence recommendation with rationale to put to client
