Build a target-conversation map for the day
Packaged know-how that tells an agent how to do a job well.
You might say…
“Walking in without a target list means I'll gravitate toward easy conversations rather than the ones that actually move something — this fixes that.”
What it does
From the attendee or guest list, identifies the two or three conversations that matter most and drafts a peer-level opener and a listening cue for each.
Trigger: Use the morning of, or the night before, the event to make sure in-room time is spent deliberately rather than reactively.
I/O: Attendee or guest list + advisor priorities → target-conversation map with openers and listening cues per priority contact
Recognise the problem?
The primitives are the commodity part. The fastest next step is a conversation about composing them into something that works for you.
