Two assets that compound
Two reusable, portable libraries sit under the business. They serve different purposes and are not related— each is a compounding asset, but that’s where the similarity ends. They should be designed, stored, and searched on their own terms.
Skills library →
for agentic automation
Vendor-agnostic skills — capabilities and tools — that we assemble into agentic automations. Portability means no model or platform lock-in; reuse means every build starts from proven skills.
Solution-shapes library →
for the approach
A catalogue of the solution shapes we work in — end-to-end patterns for solving a class of problem — organised by the data-flow shape of the system. New clients are matched to a starting shape rather than diagnosed from zero.
To prove either library — especially solution shapes — we need a large, simple, searchable catalogue. Without a browsable, credible-looking library the claim is just words. This is itself a near-term build.
